First upgrade the firmware on Samsung CLP-310, CLP-315 9,11,18 by using a soldering iron. CLP-310 with the minors’ versions has problems with their firmware upgrade through the fix.

Anonymous • SOURCE: • Close all the covers. • Check in the paper tray for paper. • Check for the toner cartridge. • Remove paper tray, toner cartridge and open the back cover for any paper jam. • Please make sure that only supported paper type and size is loaded. • If printer prints after opening and closing the door, try to load different type of paper.
• Disconnect the pritner from the computer, and restart the printer. • If Red Light lits up right away, there's a possible paper sensor problem. • If you see a Green Light, press and hold down 'Cancel' button for 4 seconds and then let it go. • If it prints the demo page fine, connect the printer cable to a different port or replace the printer cable.
